In February 2025, the Cyprus Tax Department issued a notice regarding the submission deadline for the Income Tax Return (TD4) and the Summary Information Table (SIT) relating to intercompany transactions for the 2022 tax year.
While the official deadline remains 28 February 2025, the Tax Commissioner has introduced a grace period, allowing submissions without penalties until 31 May 2025.
Submissions after 31 May 2025 will incur the following penalties:
- €500 for late submission of the SIT
- €100 for late submission of the TD4
We strongly encourage taxpayers to utilize this extension to remain compliant and avoid penalties.
